Depending on the maturity and confidence of your puppy:
 

• Puppies under 4 months receive two visits per day, usually at around 10am and 2pm (this can be varied according to your circumstances). Visits last around 20 minutes during which your puppy will get lots of play and cuddles, a toilet break (or two!) and we can also reinforce any training and feed lunch during the afternoon visit.

 

• At 4 months your puppy begins to go on short walks instead of visits, building up from one walk & one visit per day to two short walks per day. If your puppy would benefit from socialisation we can bring along Monty, Bryony's friendly dog, who loves to befriend and play with other dogs! There may also be the opportunity to pair your puppy with another young dog for these walks.

 

• Puppies aged 5 months begin to transition to one longer walk per day lasting 30 minutes at around 11am. This is to get your puppy adjusted to having one toilet break in the middle of the day. Your puppy will occasionally be accompanied by other dogs to ensure a good level of socialisation; these dogs will be handpicked to ensure the best match for your puppy. Your puppy will still get his/her lunch and some cuddle and play time at home in addition to their walk.

 

• Once your puppy reaches 6 months hopefully he or she will be ready to join a 50 minute walk with other dogs. Your puppy will be fed his or her lunch after the walk. Depending on the maturity of your puppy, he or she will begin with one or two 50 minute walks per week, increasing to every day over time. Your puppy is now a fully fledged member of the Pooch Patrol!
